  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I constantly reside in my Vicarage House at Blackawton. The rest is, I hope, already answer'd to your Lordship's Satisfaction in the Queries relating to that Parish.

  2. Other benefices: Yes. The Vicarage of Blackauton about two miles and half Distant.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Yes, once every Sunday at Blackauton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on one Lord's Day and once on the other with a Sermon each Time.

  5. Frequency of communion: Seven Times. About Twenty.

  6. Catechising of children: My former Curate generally Catechised Them in the Summer Season as often as their Parents & Masters would Send them for that Purpose.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is one already lodged in the Registry at Exeter.

  9. Number of families: About Eighty.

  10. Chapels: We have no Chapel of any kind.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None. We have none of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Only a private School, wherein Children are taught to read and write – and an Alms-House but not endowed, neither have we any Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: None of any kind except a Benefaction to the Poor of Twenty Shillings per Annum issuing out of the Sheaf of Cornworthy which is duly paid.
